Answers to your questions

Do I need to contact my insurance company in advance?

No we can file the claim with you, generally on a three way call.

I am unsure if I have a deductible or even coverage.  What should I do?

We can call your agent or your insurance company to find out. 9 out of 10 times we can schedule you SAME DAY!

How long does an auto glass replacement take?

Most replacements take approximately one hour to an hour and a half from start to finish. We do take our time. We are always leery of companies who claim they take 20 minutes. While this may seem appealing to the consumer in a hurry, it often means that steps were missed, vehicles weren't properly covered or protected, cowls aren't removed as necessary and the glass wasn't properly primed leading to rust issues.

How soon can I drive the vehicle following installation?

It is completely safe to drive in two hours. If a door glass or other non glued in part was installed, then the vehicle is safe to drive immediately.

Do I have to wait to drive the vehicle following chip repairs?

No.

My vehicle is sand pitted. Does the insurance company cover for this type of damage?

Absolutely. It is extremely difficult to see with a sand pitted/sand blasted windshield. Your insurance will cover this as well.

Does my insurance company put a limit on how many auto glass claims I can have per year?

No.  People everywhere have little time on the road to much time on the road. Some live in rural areas and are more likely to encounter rocks popping up. It is against the law to drive with a broken windshield, and so you should replace your windshield as needed. In Arizona, your insurance company can't ding you for using your glass coverage.

Will you overcharge my insurance company?

No. We have signed contracts with all insurance companies, agreeing to each company's individual  pricing structure TO THE PENNY.
